Public Service Stores Tender Board.—Supply and Delivery
of Stores.

Wellington, 26th August, 1914.
SEPARATE tenders will be received at the office of the
Chairman (Government Printing Office) not later than
5 p.m. on Wednesday, the 4th November, 1914, for the supply
and delivery, C.I.F. and E. main ports, of the undermentioned
material :—
5 tons, Marline, 3-ply Russian hemp, houseline, in
7 lb. balls; must be evenly laid, to specification.
500 books, copying, 14 x 9 1/8, with index.
100 books, copying, 14 x 9 1/8, M.O.S.B. summaries.
1,000 books, memo long thirds, with money column.
1,000 books, memo quarto, ruled, 2 qr.
150 books, memo with index, 480 pages (books to be
packed as specified).
1,000 telephones, table, to specification.

Tenders must be addressed to the Chairman, Public Service
Stores Tender Board, Wellington. Delivery of the material is
to be made within six months from date of order, and the
successful tenderers must give the security required by the
conditions for the due performance of the contract. Par-
ticulars and conditions of tendering and specifications may
be obtained at the offices of the Controller of Stores, Post and
Telegraph Department, Wellington; the District Storekeeper,
Post and Telegraph Department, Christchurch; or the Tele-
graph Engineers at Auckland and Dunedin. Tenders must
be accompanied by the deposit stipulated in the Conditions.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
