THE following special order, made by the Manukau County Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Counties Amendment Act, 1913.

MANUKAU COUNTY COUNCIL.
THAT, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 31 of the Counties Act, 1908, the Manukau County Council, on the petition of a majority of the ratepayers of the Maraetai Road District, resolves, by way of special order, that on and after the 1st day of February, 1914, the said Road District shall be merged in the County of Manukau, and the Board thereof abolished. Carried.
I certify that the above writing is a copy of the special order therein referred to, and that such special order merging the Maraetai Road District into the Manukau County was duly passed by the Council of the said county on the 13th day of January, 1914.
