A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Acts, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the River Boards Act, 1908, as amended by the River Boards Amendment Act, 1913, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date hereof, that part of the said Dominion described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby constituted a district under the said Act, and shall be known by the name of the Otanomomo River District; and that the number of members who are to constitute the Board of the said district shall be five. And I do also proclaim and declare that William Prentice, of Otanomomo, shall be the Returning Officer to conduct the first election of five members of the aforesaid Board; that Tuesday, the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, shall be the day, and the residence of William Prentice, at Riverslee Farm, Balclutha, shall be the place, for holding such first election; and that Tuesday, the seventeenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at seven o’clock in the afternoon, shall be the time, and the said residence of William Prentice, at Riverslee Farm, Balclutha, shall be the place, at which the first meeting of the members of the Board of the said Otanomomo River District shall be held; and, lastly, I do proclaim and declare that Angus McDonald, of Balclutha, shall be the person to make a roll of electors for the purposes of the aforesaid first election, in the manner prescribed by section eight of the said River Boards Act, 1908.
