Land proclaimed as a Road in Block X, Makotuku Survey District, Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the licensee and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waimarino County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 2 roods 20·9 perches.
Portion of Section 11, Block X, Makotuku Survey District.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. XXIII/34, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Additional Land in Inangahua Survey District taken for the Purposes of the Reefton-Inangahua Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Reefton-Inangahua Railway to take further land in Inangahua Survey District, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 1 rood 1·5 perches.
Portion of Section 22 (Nelson R.D.).
Situated in Block V, Inangahua Survey District.
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 36025, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured pink, edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes of a road in Block II, Heao Survey District:
And whereas all the conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been observed and performed:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect from and after the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1910, for the purposes of a recreation-ground in the City of Auckland:
And whereas an agreement has been entered into between the Auckland City Council and the owners of the land described in the Schedule hereto to take such land for the purposes of a recreation-ground:
And whereas the Auckland City Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map in duplicate, as required by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Public Works Amendment Act, 1910, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said recreation-ground, and shall as from the date hereinafter specified vest in the
