SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Canterbury Land District, Heathcote County, known as Brown's Road, commencing at its junction with Hackthorne Road and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally to its junction with Whisby Road, being a distance of 20 chains 44 links, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35835, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Boundaries of Wainono Drainage District, County of Waimate, altered.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this third day of August, 1914.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor in Council.
WHEREAS the Wainono Drainage Board, being of the opinion that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, situated in the County of Waimate, and not included in the Wainono Drainage District (hereinafter referred to as "the said district"), are deriving benefit from the drainage-works carried out by the said Board, did, in accordance with the provisions of section six of the Land Drainage Amendment Act, 1913 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), present a petition to His Excellency the Governor, praying that the boundaries of the said district might be altered so as to include such lands in the said district :
And whereas in respect thereof a Commission has been appointed to inquire and report as to the several matters mentioned in subsection three of section six of the said Act : And whereas the Commission so appointed has reported that such lands should be included in the said district, and ought to become liable to the full extent for the future levy of rates already made by the said Board :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by section six of the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that as on and from the date hereof the boundaries of the said district are hereby altered so as to include in the said district the lands described in the Schedule hereto ; and, with the like advice and consent, doth also direct that the lands so included shall be liable for the future levy of rates heretofore made by the Board of the said district.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,633 acres, more or less, situated in Block IV, Waitaki Survey District, and Block XVI, Waimate Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot No. 12, Waikakahi Settlement ; thence along the right bank of the Waihao River to the north-eastern corner of Lot No. 9, Waikakahi Settlement ; thence across the said river to the southernmost corner of Lot No. 13 on plan No. 1396, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Christchurch ; thence along the eastern boundaries of Lots Nos. 12 and 15 to Buchanan's or Willowbridge Creek ; thence along a right line to a point on the southern side of the road forming the southern boundary of Lot No. 32, distant 10 chains west from the westernmost corner of Lot No. 31 on plan No. 1262, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Christchurch ; thence along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Section No. 16476 ; thence across a road and along the eastern side of that road to Hayman's Road ; thence along the southern side of Hayman's Road to a point opposite the south-eastern corner of Lot No. 17 on plan No. 1262 aforesaid ; thence across the said road, along the eastern boundary of Lot No. 17 to Meyers Road, and along the southern side of that road to a point opposite the south-western corner of Lot No. 12 on plan No. 1262 aforesaid ; thence across the said road and along the western boundaries of Lots Nos. 12 and 11 to the road at the north-eastern corner of Lot No. 8, and along the southern side of that road to the present western boundary of the Wainono Drainage District, as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 82, of the 29th October, 1896 ; and thence along the western boundary of the said Wainono Drainage District to the northernmost corner of Lot No. 12, Waikakahi Settlement, the place of commencement.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Mahurangi Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this third day of August, 1914.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any local authority to be a Domain Board having, subject to the said Act, control of any public domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-fifth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and four, powers were delegated to the Mahurangi Domain Board in respect of the Mahurangi Domain for a period of ten years:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen :
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THE WARKWORTH ROAD BOARD
to be the Mahurangi Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act ; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the seventeenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at three o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Road Board Office, Warkworth, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
MAHURANGI DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 64 acres and 18 perches, more or less, being Allotment 96B, Parish of Mahurangi. Bounded towards the north-east by Allotment 97, Parish of Mahurangi, 3037·3 links ; towards the south-east by Allotments 96D and 96A, across a public road 100 links wide, and again by the last-mentioned allotment, 3472·3 links ; towards the south-west by Allotment 95 of the aforesaid parish, 807·6 links ; again towards the north-east by a public road and across the said road, 613·4 and 112 links respectively ; again towards the south-west by Allotment 96C of the aforesaid parish, 2089·7 links ; and towards the north-west by Allotment 94 of the aforesaid parish, across a public road 100 links wide, and again by the said allotment, 2171 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less : save and excepting the roads intersecting the above-described area : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/517A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain :
