and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the nineteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and four, certain powers were delegated to the Wangaloa Domain Board for a period of ten years:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the tenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

JOHN MUIR MITCHELL,
HUGH HAGGART,
JAMES JOHNSON,
THOMAS JOHNSON,
PETER HAGGART, and
CORNELIUS TODD BISSET
to be the Wangaloa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolhouse, Wangaloa, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
WANGALOA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 32 acres 3 roods 13 perches, more or less, being part of Section No. 8, Block VII, Coast Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by part of aforesaid section (set aside for school-site), 1280 links; towards the north-east by a road-line, 900 links; towards the south-east by part of aforesaid section (set aside as a site for a cemetery), 840 links; again towards the north-east by part of aforesaid section and the crossing of a road-line, 650 links; again towards the north-west by said road-line, 840 links; again towards the north-east by a road-line, 1464 links; again towards the south-east by a road-line along the sea-coast, 1320 links; and towards the south-west by part of Section 7 and the crossing of a road-line of aforesaid block, 3389 links: and excepting out of the above-described boundaries a road-line 50 links wide, for which allowance has been made in the area: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/186A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Rotokare (Ngai re) Domain.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of June, 1914.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the Rotokare (Ngai re) Domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

A. Wilkinson, Bridge Street, Eltham, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

ROTOKARE (NGAIRE) DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 574 acres, more or less, being Section 1, Block XII, Ngai re Survey District. Bounded generally towards the north by Sections 10 and 2, Block XII, Ngai re Survey District, Rotokare Road, and Section 3, Block XII aforesaid, 10998·6 links; towards the south-east by Tutae-ariari No. 1 Block, Block XVI, Ngai re Survey District, 7464·4 links; towards the south-west by Section 32, Block XV, Ngai re Survey District, 8430·2 links; and generally towards the north-west by Sections 5 and 6, Block XI, Ngai re Survey District, 8758·9 links: excluding therefrom the Rotokare Road, intersecting the section: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/138A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

to be the Uruti Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Uruti, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

URUTI DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 3 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Section No. 8, Block II, Upper Waitara Survey District. Bounded towards the east generally by the Moki Road, 690 links, 330·8 links, and 262·5 links, and by Section No. 28, Block II, Upper Waitara Survey District (cemetery reserve), 1052·4 links; towards the south by Section No. 17, Block II, Upper Waitara Survey District, 786·1 links, to the Uruti Road; and towards the west generally by the Uruti Road, 1200 links, and by Uruti Stream: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/51A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
