NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A ROAD THROUGH LOTS 45 AND 46 OF ALLOTMENT 7, PARISH OF WAIPAREIRA, BLOCK II, TITIRANGI SURVEY DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, by the Waitemata County Council to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road through Lots 45 and 46 of Allotment 7, Waipareira Parish; and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is further given that the plan of the said road and of the land as required to be taken is deposited for public inspection at the office of the Waitemata County Council, Empire Buildings, Swanson Street, Auckland. And notice is also hereby given that all persons affected by the execution of such public work or the taking of such land shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, within forty days from the first publication of the notice, to the County Council office, Auckland.
