Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Maire Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 19th day of June, 1914, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Emily Mitchell, wife of Thomas Mitchell, of Wanganui, farmer, for the sum of £5,491.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohotu 6A No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 17th day of June, 1914, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That part of the said land, containing 1,464 acres, be sold to Mary O’Neill, of Wanganui, married woman, at a price equal to the owners’ interest in a special Government valuation to be made.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Horahia-Opou No. 3B, Sections 1 and 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Tuesday, the 16th day of June, 1914, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to the Crown at a price not less than the Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hutt, Section 57, No. 10, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otaki on Thursday, the 11th day of June, 1914, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Ernest William Giesen for the full Government valuation thereof.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Manawatu-Kukutauaki 4B 2A No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otaki on Friday, the 12th day of June, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land, containing 10 acres 3 roods 13 perches, be sold to Robert Bevan at the price of £275.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiorongomai No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otaki on Friday, the 12th day of June, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land, containing 267 acres, be sold to William Martin Simcox and Edwin Percival Simcox at the price of £35.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taumanuka 4B No. 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otaki on Friday, the 12th day of June, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land, containing 2 acres 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, be sold to Susannah Brown at a price equal to the Government valuation.”

“That the said land, containing 30 acres, be sold to Frances Mary Simcox at the price of £212.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that the meeting of owners of the Taumanuka 3D No. 1 Block, which was adjourned on the 23rd March, 1914, will be continued at Otaki on Friday, the 12th day of June, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Native Land Act, 1909, and amendments, and the regulations thereunder, that written tenders are invited and will be received at the office of the Aotea District Maori Land Board, Wanganui, up to two o’clock p.m. on Wednesday, 24th June, 1914, for the lease of the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, on the terms and conditions set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
