Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tawhitinui Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 19th day of June, 1914, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Reti Rangiwhakateka, of Tawhitinui, for forty-two years at a rental equal to £5 per cent. per annum on the Government valuation of the said land (less the value of improvements effected by Rangiwhakateka) for the first twenty-one years, and at a rental equal to the then Government unimproved value for the second twenty-one years.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Subdivision G of Section 350, Carnarvon, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rangiotu on Tuesday, the 23d day of June, 1914, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Abner George Hickford at a price equal to Government valuation.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketarata 4G No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 17th day of June, 1914, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land, containing by estimation 109 acres, or thereabouts, be sold to Emily Fortington, of Wanganui, spinster, at a price equivalent to the Government valuation for the said land.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohotu 4B 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 19th day of June, 1914, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to George Ewing Agnew, of Kakatahi, farmer, for the sum of £2,012 3s. 9d., equal to £5 per acre.”
