Declaring Portion of the Makakaho Road, in the Patea County, to be a County Road.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this fourth day of May, 1914.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Patea County, known as the Makakaho Road, commencing at the Mangamai re Stream, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally intersecting Maungaporau Block, Block III, Momahaki Survey District, and terminating at the Rakurawera Stream, being a distance of 1 mile 50 chains, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35395, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured pink and marked A B.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Kaitieke County, known as the Raurimu Road, commencing at the junction with the Kaitieke Road near the Township of Raurimu, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Crown land, Section 9, and part Section 10, Block XII, Kaitieke Survey District, and terminating at a point about 20 chains south of the boundary between Sections 10 and 18, Block XII aforesaid, being a distance of 1 mile 60 chains, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35245, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B.

Declaring Portion of Ruapuke to Aotea Road, in the Raglan County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Raglan County, Auckland Land District, known as Ruapuke to Aotea Road, commencing at the south-western corner of Section 87, Karioi Parish, Block VIII, Karioi Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Sections 87, 84, 80, 85, and 77, Karioi Parish, Block VIII, Section 78, Karioi Parish, Blocks VIII and IX, Section 73A, Karioi Parish, Block IX, Karioi Survey District; and thence in a south-easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Section 117 Native reserve, Karioi Parish, Block IX, Karioi Survey District, Section 126, Karioi Parish, and Section 113, Block XIII, Karioi Survey District, to the junction with the Aotea to Raglan Road, on the boundary between Raglan and Kawhia Counties; being a distance of four miles, more or less: as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 34812, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B.
