CERTIFICATE BY COMMISSIONER OF CROWN LANDS TO DISTRICT LAND REGISTRAR ADVISING OF AMENDMENTS TO A LEASE IN PERPETUITY OF SETTLEMENT LAND WHERE THE LESSEE HAS ACQUIRED A PORTION OF THE LAND COMPRISED IN THE SAID LEASE.
(Under Part IV of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913.)
In the matter of lease in perpetuity from His Majesty to [Name of lessee], dated the __ day of __ 19, and registered in Vol. __, fol. __, in the Registry Office, of Section __, Block __, Survey District, __ Settlement.
This is to certify that the fee-simple of part of the land comprised in the above-mentioned lease, being all that area containing by admeasurement __ acres __ roods __ perches, more or less, and coloured green on the plan hereon, has been acquired, and that on and after the day of __, 19, the land comprised in the said lease shall be the balance thereof—to wit, all that area containing by admeasurement __ acres __ roods __ perches, more or less, as edged red on the said plan, and the annual rent payable therefor shall be __ pounds __ shillings __ pence (£ __ s. d.) as from the said day of __, 19____.

Vesting a Reserve in the Waitomo County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of April, 1914.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE W. H. HERRIES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved as a site for a public pound: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Waitomo County:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Waitomo County, in trust, as a site for a public pound.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 33 perches, more or less, being Section 15, Block VIII, Orahiri Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Sections 17 and 27A, Orahiri No. 1 Block, 433·4 links; towards the south by a public road, 761·8 links; and towards the north-west by a public road along the Waipa River, 479·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1637, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Vesting a Public Cemetery in the Pohangina County Council.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for a public cemetery: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Pohangina County:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Pohangina County, in trust, for a public cemetery.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres and 7·8 perches, more or less, being Section 17, Suburbs of Pohangina. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 4, Block X, Pohangina Survey District, 925·3 links; towards the north-east by Suburban Section 18, 1086 links; towards the south-east by Kuku Road, 925·3 links; and towards the south-west by Suburban Section 16, 1086 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 44138/19, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Wairau Maori Drainage District, County of Marlborough, constituted.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of April, 1914.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE W. H. HERRIES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of the third section of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, a majority of the ratepayers in the area of land described in the Schedule hereto, situated in the County of Marlborough, have presented a petition to His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, praying that the said area be constituted a drainage district under the provisions of the said Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in the third section of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby constitute and declare the area of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a district for the purposes of Part I of the said Act, and to be called by the name of the “Wairau Maori Drainage District”; and also, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in the fourth section of the said Act, doth hereby declare that the Board of Trustees of the said district shall consist of five persons, to be elected as members of the said Board, and under and in accordance with the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
WAIRAU MAORI DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, comprising parts of Sections Nos. 1, 2, 114, 115, and the Wairau Native Reserve in Block XII, Cloudy Bay Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Section No. 114 aforesaid; thence along a right line to the northernmost corner of Subdivision 8B of the said Wairau Native Reserve; thence along the south-western side of the drain reserve forming the north-eastern boundary of the said Wairau Native Reserve to the Marukoko Stream; thence along the right bank of that stream to the Wairau River; thence along the left bank of that river to the easternmost corner of Subdivision 25 of the aforesaid Wairau Native Reserve; thence along the southern boundary of that subdivision, the southern side of the road forming the northern boundaries of Subdivisions 27 and 26 of the said Wairau Native Reserve and the south-western side of the road forming the south-western boundaries of Subdivisions 12D, 12B, 12A, 11A, 11B, and 11C to the northernmost corner of Subdivision No. 11; thence along the north-western boundary of that subdivision, and along the left bank of the Wairau River to the road forming the western boundary of Subdivision 5C of the said Wairau Native Reserve; thence across that road and along its north-eastern side and the north-eastern side of its production to the north-western boundary of Sec-
