A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue
of a provisional certificate of title for that portion
of the Kohurau No. 2 Block which has been named by the
Native Land Court Kohurau No. 2c, being all the land in
certificate of title, Volume 37, folio 32, and a statutory
declaration of the loss of the original certificate having been
lodged with me, I hereby give notice that I will issue such
provisional certificate unless caveat be lodged forbidding the
same on or before the 5th day of February, 1914.

unless notice of objection be lodged with me within sixty days
of this date, I shall proceed to declare the said company to be
dissolved, in manner provided by the Companies Act, 1908.
