REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Marino No.2B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part
XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thurs-
day, the 26th day of February, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the
forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following pro-
posed resolution:-

"That the said land be sold to May Fotheringham, of
Auckland, for the sum of £50 per acre."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the
Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Mangakowhara Block will be held, in pursuance of Part
XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on
Monday, the 2nd day of March, 1914, at 1.30 o'clock in
the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolutions:-

"(1.) That portion of the said block, containing 3,000
acres, be sold to Edward Lockhart Reed, of Auckland, settler,
for the sum of 15s. per acre.

"(2.) That portion of the said block, containing 3,000
acres, be sold to Dora Reed, of Auckland, for the sum of 15s.
per acre.

"(3.) That portion of the said block, containing 3,000
acres, be sold to May Fotheringham, of Auckland, for the
sum of 15s. per acre.

"(4.) That the residue of the block be sold to John
Fotheringham, of Auckland, for the sum of 15s. per acre."

of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu on Friday, the
20th day of February, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon,
for the purpose of considering the following proposed
resolution:-

"That the said land be sold to W. L. Harrison, of Marangai,
for the sum of £1 10s. per acre."

the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolution:-

"That the said land be sold to Ernest Alison, of Auckland,
for the sum of £10 per acre."

20th day of February, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon,
for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolu-
tion:-

"That the said land be sold William Whittaker for the
sum of £4 per acre."

District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Section 1A Block 2 Te Kuri Survey District will be held,
in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909,
at Pahi Kaipara on Tuesday, the 10th day of March, 1914, at
10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the
following proposed resolution:-

"That the said land be sold to Elizabeth Ann Wilson,
wife of John A. Wilson, of Helensville, for the sum of 17s.
per acre."

Russell, farmer, for the sum of £1 per acre."

the 27th day of February, 1914, at 1.30 o'clock in the
afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolution:-

"That the rimu and matai timber on the said land be sold
to Thomas Edward Tasker, of Kawakawa, for the sum of
£50."
