Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Motukiore D Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Tuesday, the 24th day of February, 1914, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“(1.) That the said land be leased to Henry Williams for a term of fifty years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation.
“(2.) That the said land be sold to Henry Templeton for the sum of £1 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waihou Lower D No. 5 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Tuesday, the 24th day of February, 1914, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the said land be sold to Joseph Murray Robb, of Wellington, for the sum of £1 per acre; or, in the alternative, that the said land be leased to the applicant for a term of fifty years at a rental of 1s. per acre per annum for the first twenty-five years, and 2s. per acre per annum for the next twenty-five years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pikiparia No. 1A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu on Friday, the 20th day of February, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution : —
“That the said land be sold to Alfred Cooke Yarborough, of Kohukohu, settler, for the sum of £2 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuhuna No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 26th day of February, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the said land be sold to Eru Patuone Raunateri Hohaia for an amount equal to the present Government valuation of the land.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tapapanui B Section 4 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 26th day of February, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
“'That the said land be leased to John Edward Day Kemp, of Waimate North, farmer.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Moturua Island will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Saturday, the 28th day of February, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :
“That the said land be leased to David Forsyth for a term of twenty-five years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-five years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value.”

“That the said land be sold to Mary Edwards, wife of Alfred William Edwards, Kaikohe, for the sum of £2 per acre.”

“That the said land be sold to May Fotheringham, of Auckland, for the sum of £40 per acre.”
