Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waihou Lower A No. 42 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Tuesday, the 24th day of February, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

“That the said land be sold to Hereward Hauraki Manning for the sum of 10s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taupo No. 23 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangaroa on Friday, the 6th day of March, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

“That portion of the said land, containing 50 acres, be sold to Taiapo Whare for the sum of £25.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waihapa No. 2D Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangaroa on Friday, the 6th day of March, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land shall be accepted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangamuka West No. 3B Block will be held, in pursuance

of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu on Friday, the 20th day of February, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:

“(1.) That the said land be sold to Catherine Steedman for the sum of £1 per acre.

“(2.) That the timber on the said land, with the exception of kauri, be sold to the Rangioia Timber Company (Limited), for the sum of £125.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tapuwae No. 3B Section 2G Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Tuesday, the 24th day of February, 1914, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

“That the said land be sold to Alexander A. MacFarlane, of Rawene, medical practitioner, for an amount equal to the present Government valuation of the land.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tapuwae No. 3B Section 2B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Tuesday, the 24th day of February, 1914, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

“That the said land be sold to Alexander A. MacFarlane, of Rawene, medical practitioner, for an amount equal to the present Government valuation of the land.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Utakura No. 1B No. 1M Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu on Friday, the 20th day of February, 1914, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

“That the said land be leased to Taati Pairama for a term of twenty-five years at a rental of 1s. per acre per annum, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-five years at a rental of 1s. 6d. per acre per annum.”
