SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being part of Section 1, Block X, Otanake Survey District. Bounded towards the south-east and north-east by a public road, 111·6 and 372 links respectively; again towards the south-east, south-west, and north-west by Section 1, Block X, Otanake Survey District, 420, 471·3, and 471·2 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1551, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 17372, blue.)

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this tenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Land temporarily reserved as a Site for a Public Hospital in Block II, Town of Paeroa, Auckland Land District.


LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as a site for a public hospital.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, being Sections 11, 12, 13, and 14, Block II, Town of Paeroa. Bounded towards the north-east by Normanby Road, 250 links; towards the south-east by Russell Street, 150 links; towards the south-west by Sections 10, 32, and 31, Block II, Town of Paeroa, 250 links; and towards the north-west by Section 15 of the aforesaid block, 150 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1419, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Land temporarily reserved for Sewage and Landing Purposes in the Suburbs of Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay Land District.


LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for sewage and landing purposes.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Suburban Section 52, Havelock North Town District. Bounded towards the north by the Karituwhenua Stream; towards the south-east by Napier Road for a distance of 725 links; towards the south-west by Suburban Section 47 for a distance of 545 links; and towards the north-west by the old bed of the Ngaruroro River: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1195, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this tenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Land temporarily reserved for Purposes of Public Recreation in Teasdale Settlement, Auckland Land District.


LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

And whereas by the sixty-ninth section of the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, it is further provided that the Governor may from time to time, as he thinks fit, set aside reserves for any specified public purpose out of land acquired under the last-mentioned Act, provided that no land so acquired shall be set aside for endowments:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Acts, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for purposes of public recreation.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 1 acre 1 rood 2 perches, more or less, being Section No. 5 of Teasdale Settlement. Bounded towards the north-east and east generally by the Mangahoe Stream; towards the south-east by Section No. 7, Teasdale Settlement, 323 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 6 of the aforesaid settlement, 356·5 links; and towards the north-west by Mutu Street, 475 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4029/4, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 13967, blue.)

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.
