Land proclaimed as a Road in Block VII, Waimata Survey District, Cook County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and lessee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Cook County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Waimata Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks I and III, Purua Survey District, Whangarei County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Whangarei County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Purua Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.

Defining the Middle-line of a Further Portion of the Huntly-Awaroa Branch of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway—viz., from 5 Miles 40 Chains to 7 Miles 30 Chains.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the portion of the Huntly-Awaroa Branch of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway from a point in Section 55, Pepepe Parish, to a point in Section 206, Block I, Newcastle Survey District (hereinafter termed “the said railway”), is a railway the construction of which is authorized by the Railways Authorization Act, 1911: And whereas the said railway has been partly constructed, and it has been determined to construct and maintain a further portion of the same:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and in exercise of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the further portion of the said railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point in Section 78B, Block XIV, Rangiriri Survey District, marked 5 miles 40 chains, distant about 25½ chains south, and about 22 chains west of the most northern corner of the said Section 78B, which point is also the termination of the railway described in a Proclamation dated the 6th day of September, 1913, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 69, of the 11th day of the same month; proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of about 1 mile 70 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands—viz., Sections 78B, 168, Road Reserve, and 87, Block XIV, Rangiriri Survey District; Section 211, Blocks XIV, Rangiriri, and II, Newcastle Survey Districts; and terminating at a point in the portion of Section 211 in Block II, Newcastle Survey District, marked 7 miles 30 chains, distant about 6½ chains north and about 14½ chains west of the most southerly corner of the said Section 211, Block II, Newcastle Survey District; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses; all in the Land District of Auckland, as the same is delineated on
