particular description, and whether the same has been
surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwith-
standing that the same may be then held under pastoral
license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required
for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl
of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily
reserve from sale the lands in the Auckland Land District
described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for
a public hospital.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
2 acres 1 rood 36 perches, more or less, being Sections 1, 2,
23, 24, 25, 26, and 27, Block II, Te Puru Township (Block X,
Kawhia North Survey District). Bounded towards the
north-east by Section 3, 319·2 links; towards the north-
west by Section 3 aforesaid and Section 4, 210·2 links;
towards the south-west by Section 4 aforesaid, 53·8 links;
again towards the north-west by Section 22, 300 links;
again towards the north-east by Taui Street, 331·2 links;
towards the south-east by Pirongia Road, 870·9 links;
again towards the south-west generally by Karereatua and
Kawhia H Blocks, 212·9, 184·8, 49·3, and 158·1 links; and
again towards the north-west by Hoturoa Street, 184·5
links: all the above sections being of Block II, Te Puru
Township: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
2 roods, more or less, being Sections 6 and 7, Block II, Te
Puru Township (Block X, Kawhia North Survey District).
Bounded towards the north-east by Taui Street, 250 links;
towards the south-east by Section 22, Block II, Te Puru Town-
ship, 200 links; towards the south-west by Section 5, Block II
aforesaid, 250 links; and towards the north-west by Hoturoa
Street, 200 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
1913/629c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red
(Auckland Plan 12397, blue).
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this ninth day of April, one thousand nine hun-
dred and fourteen.

Notifying Lands in Hawke's Bay Land District for Sale by
Public Auction.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section
of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the tenth day of
June, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, as the time
at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall
be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices
at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned
in the said Schedule hereto.

motor-car road, and in the line of the tourist route between
Napier and Taupo, and one mile from Tarawera Hot Springs.

Trustees for the Grahamtown Public Cemetery appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries
Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liver-
pool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby revoke a certain Warrant dated the first day of July,
one thousand nine hundred and ten, appointing the Whangarei
County Council to have the control and management of the
Grahamtown Public Cemetery, and do hereby appoint the
local authority specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto to
have the control and management of the public cemetery
specified in Part II of the said Schedule.

GRAHAMTOWN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Section
No. 41, Suburbs of Grahamtown, containing 10 acres 1 rood
16 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north by
Section No. 40, Suburbs of Grahamtown, 2426 links; towards
the south-east by a public road running along the Whangarei
Harbour, 527 links; towards the south by Section No. 42,
Suburbs of Grahamtown aforesaid, 2157 links; and towards
the west by a public road, 460 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked L. 1570, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this ninth day of April, one thousand nine hun-
dred and fourteen.

Kenrick, Richard James Reynolds, William Edward Akroyd,
and John William Bright, previously appointed.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this ninth day of April, one thousand nine hun-

mund Fitzpatrick, William Johnston Burnett, Alexander
Nicol, and Robert Fleming, previously appointed.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this ninth day of April, one thousand nine hun-
dred and fourteen.
