Notifying Land in the Wellington Land District subject to the Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1908.

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1908, and its amendments, I hereby notify that the undermentioned Crown land, being the land known as the Heatherlea Settlement, which has been acquired under the said Acts, is subject to the said Acts as from the 29th August, 1913.
