DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between FRANK BROWN, WILLIS SIDNEY MOLINEAUX and THOMAS CHRISTOPHER PARSONS, carrying on business in co-partnership at 41 Hopper Street, Wellington, in the style and firm of “The Wellington Bedstead Company,” has been dissolved as from the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

The business will be carried on by the said FRANK BROWN. All debts due to the said firm shall be paid to the said FRANK BROWN, whose receipt will be a sufficient discharge for the same. All debts against the said firm are payable by the said FRANK BROWN.

Dated at Wellington this thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the Kaingaroa Land Syndicate (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that at a special general meeting of the shareholders of the Kaingaroa Land Syndicate (Limited) held at the registered office of the company on the 25th day of March, 1914, it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily.

And notice is hereby also given that ARTHUR L. GRAY, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, has been duly appointed Liquidator of the said company.

All persons and companies having claims against the said company are required to send in full particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before the thirtieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Dated at Christchurch this twenty-sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.
