Also all that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 3 perches, more or less, being Section 1086, Block I, Waiwhero Survey District. Bounded towards the north and east by Section 2604, Block I, Waiwhero Survey District, 500 links and 300 links respectively; towards the south by Section 1476 of said block, 514 links; and towards the west by Main North Road, 300·3 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For gravel purposes.

Also all that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section 1087, Block I, Waiwhero Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west, north-east, and south-east by Section 2606, Block I, Waiwhero Survey District, 333·3, 300, and 333·3 links respectively; and towards the south-west by Main North Road, 300 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For gravel purposes.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4701/15B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section 1092, Block I, Punakaiki Survey District. Bounded towards the south-west, north-west, and north-east by Section 2592, Block I, Punakaiki Survey District, for distances of 470·2, 212·1, and 470·2 links respectively; and towards the south-east by Inland Road, 212·1 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For gravel purposes.

Also all that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section 1093, Block II, Punakaiki Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west, north-east, and south-east by Section 968, Block II, Punakaiki Survey District, for distances of 270, 370·1, and 270 links respectively; and towards the south-west by Ryall Road, for a distance of 370·1 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For gravel purposes.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4701/15C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 24 perches, more or less, being Section 1085, Block I, Punakaiki Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a road reserve, for a distance of 538·4 links; towards the east by Section 969, Block I, Punakaiki Survey District, for a distance of 1003·6 links; and towards the south-west by Main North Road, for a distance of 1047·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4701/15D, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. For gravel purposes.

Also all that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section 1090, Block I, Punakaiki Survey District. Bounded towards the south-west, north-west, and north-east by Section 966, Block I, Punakaiki Survey District, for distances of 273·1, 366·2, and 273·1 links respectively; and towards the south-east by Main North Road, 366·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For gravel purposes.

Also all that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section 1091, Block I, Punakaiki Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 2590, Block I, Punakaiki Survey District, for a distance of 239·4 links; towards the north-east and south-east by Section 2591 of said block, for distances of 417·8 links and 239·4 links respectively; and towards the south-west by Main North Road, for a distance of 417·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4701/15E, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 2 roods 9 perches, more or less, being Section 971, Block I, Waiwhero Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 1476, Block I, Waiwhero Survey District, for a distance of 555·4 links; towards the east by Section 2604 of said block, for a distance of 1458 links; towards the south by Section 3271 of said block, for a distance of 344·2 links; and towards the west by Main North Road, for a distance of 1473·2 links: be all the afore-

said linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4701/15F, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. As a site for a public school.

Land temporarily reserved as a Site for a Public School in Pipiroa Suburbs, Auckland Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as a site for a public school.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 7 acres and 18 perches, more or less, being Section 6, Block VI, Suburbs of Pipiroa Town. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 4, Block VI, Suburbs of Pipiroa Town, 1050·1 links; towards the south-east by Hauraki Street, 1,200 links; and towards the south-west by Moehau Street, 133·8 and 1509·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. VI/6(1), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. (Auckland Plan 15879.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

CAREY JOHN PINNOCK

to be a Trustee in the place of Alexander Evetts, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Hukerenui Public Cemetery, in conjunction with Edward Brock, Francis Geaghan, Robert Rose Forsyth, and Reginald Rawlings, previously appointed.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-six day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.
