by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a
county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District,
Patea County, known as the Makakaho Road, commencing
at the Upakonui Stream in Maungaporau Block, Block II,
Momahaki Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-
easterly direction generally intersecting part of the said
Maungaporau Block, Blocks II and III, Momahaki Survey
District, and terminating at the Mangamaire Stream, in the
said Maungaporau Block, Block III, Momahaki Survey
District, being a distance of one mile and a half, more or
less; as the said portion of road is more particularly de-
lineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35141, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the
Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured pink
and marked A–B.

Declaring Portion of Mangaopa Road (Junction Road to
Mohakau Road), in the Clifton County, to be a County
Road.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-
seventh day of March, 1914.

THE HONOURABLE W. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District,
Clifton County, known as Mangaopa Road (Junction Road
to Mohakau Road), commencing at a point on the eastern
boundary of Section 40, Block VI, Ngatimaru Survey Dis-
trict, about 38 chains from the junction with Matau Road,
and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally
adjoining or passing through Sections 40 and 38, Block VI,
and Sections 22, 12, and 18, N.R., Block V, Ngatimaru
Survey District, and terminating at its junction with Tunupo
Road, being a distance of 2 miles 42 chains, more or less;
as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 35190, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wel-
ington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and
marked A–B.

marino County, to be a County Road.

the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a
county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District,
Waimarino County, known as the Manganui-a-te-ao Road,
commencing at a point 20 chains south of the boundary
between Sections 18 and 19, Block XIV, Manganui Survey
District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction
generally along the frontages of part Section 19, Block XIV
aforesaid, and terminating at its junction with the Pukekaha
Road, being a distance of 31 chains, more or less; as the
said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 35203, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked
A–B.

Declaring Roads in the Mawaihakona Township, Hutt County,
to be County Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-
seventh day of March, 1914.

Present :

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him
by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after
the date of this Order in Council, become county roads.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in the Wellington Land District, Hutt County,
Mawaihakona Township, known as Tawhai Road, com-
mencing at its junction with the Main Hutt Road at a point
about two miles south of the Upper Hutt Township, and
proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction to its junction
with Ararino Road, near the Trentham Railway-station,
being a distance of 16 chains 58 links, more or less.

Also all that road in the said land district, county, and
township, known as Totara Road, commencing at its junction
with the Main Hutt Road at a point about two miles and
one-eighth south of he Upper Hutt Township, and proceed-
ing thence in a south-easterly direction to its junction with
Ararino Road, being a distance of 13 chains 19 links, more
or less.

Also all that road in the said land district, county, and
township, known as Ararino Road, commencing at its junc-
tion with No. 2 Line, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly
direction adjoining Sections 40 to 59 (both inclusive), Town-
ship of Mawaihakona, being a distance of 22 chains 52 links,
more or less.

As the said roads are more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 35127, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

County Road.
