upon the rateable value of "all" rateable property in the City
of Dunedin ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be pay-
able half-yearly on the first day of June and the first day
of December in each and every year during the currency of
such loan, being a period of twenty years from the first (1st)
day of January, 1914, or until the said loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a
resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on 9th March,
1914.
