REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Parawai No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu on Friday, the 27th day of March, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to Anders Jonsson shall be agreed to.”

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land at the Government valuation shall be accepted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maraekowhai A 5b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 18th day of March, 1914, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said block be leased to Henry Cromwell Tewsley, of Auckland, settler, for forty-two years at a rental of 1s. 6d. per acre for the first twenty-one years and for 3s. per acre for the residue of the term.”

“ That the freehold of the said block be sold to Pierce J. Punch for a sum equal to the present Government valuation of same.”
