IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by the Mining Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the post-offices at

shall no longer be post-offices at which miners' rights may be issued.

Regulation and Control of Traffic and Navigation on Portions of Waikato and Waipa Rivers.

IT is hereby notified that

HERBERT JAMES SAMPSON,

Chairman of the Ngaruawahia Regatta Association, has, in pursuance of the provisions of section 55 of the Harbours Amendment Act, 1910, been appointed to regulate and control the traffic and navigation of those portions of the Waikato River which are within a distance of two miles below the junction of the Waipa River with the Waikato River and within a distance of two miles above the junction of the said rivers, and also of the Waipa River within a distance of two miles from its junction with the Waikato River, in such manner as he may deem necessary for the safety of life and property on days on which regattas or boat-races are held on such portions of the rivers mentioned.
