Consenting to a Mortgage of Native Land.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of February, 1914.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section two hundred and thirty of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is provided that no instrument of alienation of Native land by way of mortgage or charge, other than a mortgage or charge in favour of a State Loan Department, shall be confirmed by a Board or the Court without the precedent consent of the Governor in Council:
And whereas application has been made for the consent of the Governor in Council to a mortgage of the block or parcel of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto: And whereas it is expedient that the precedent consent of the Governor in Council should issue:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the confirmation of an alienation by way of mortgage of the block or parcel of land set out in the Schedule hereto. And it is hereby declared that this Order in Council is made under the provisions in that behalf of the Native Land Act, 1909, and shall operate accordingly as a consent of the Governor in Council to the proceedings hereby authorized.

Declaring Kaimai Road, in the Tauranga County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of February, 1914.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Tauranga County, Auckland Land District, commencing at the boundary between the Matamata and Tauranga Counties on the south-western boundary of the Kumikumi No. 1 Block, and proceeding in a north-easterly direction generally through the said Kumikumi No. 1 Block, in Blocks IV and V, Opoutihi Survey District, Ongaonga No. 2 Block, in Block V, Opoutihi Survey District, Ongaonga No. 1 Block, in the said Block V, Opoutihi Survey District, and Block V, Otanewainuku Survey District, and Purakautahi Block to the northern boundary of the said Purakautahi Block, in Blocks V and I, Otanewainuku Survey District, being a distance of six miles, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35001, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A–B.

Declaring Road in the Te Whitiatara Block, Dannevirke County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of February, 1914.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Dannevirke County, in Te Whitiatara Block, commencing at its junction with the Main Block Road on the northern side of Section 184, Block V, Takapau Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction and then in a north-easterly direction generally between Sections 180 and 181, Block V, Takapau Survey District, and terminating at the Manawatu River, being a distance of 25·33 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35064, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A–B.

Declaring Portion of the Waimata to Waiapu Inland (Todd’s) Road, in the Cook County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of February, 1914.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Cook County, known as Waimata to Waiapu Inland (Todd’s) Road, commencing at a point about 141 chains north of the most southerly corner of Lot 1 of S.G.R. 43A, Block XII, Waingaromia Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally for a distance of 12 chains 15 links, more or less, adjoining the said Lot 1 of S.G.R. 43A, Block XII, Waingaromia Survey District; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35010, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
