NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the
above-named company will be held at the office of
the Liquidator, 5 Hobson Buildings, Shortland Street, Auck-
land, on Thursday, the 26th day of February, 1914, at 3.15
o’clock p.m., for the purpose of laying before such meeting
the Liquidator’s account, showing his acts and dealings, and
the manner in which the winding-up of the company has
been conducted and its assets disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that the foreign company known
as the Tyser Line (Limited) will voluntarily cease to
carry on business in New Zealand on the thirty-first day of
May next, being a day more than three calendar months
subsequent to the day whereon this notice will in due course
be first gazetted—that is, the twenty-sixth day of February
instant. And notice is hereby further given that until the
thirty-first day of May next, and on that day, legal process
and other documents may be served on the undersigned, as
attorney for the said company.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership Business of
Opticians, known as “Sturmfels & Co.,” hitherto
subsisting between ERNEST LEON STURMFELS and EDWARD
IRESON LYELL, and carried on at Auckland, has been dis-
solved by mutual consent as from the date hereof.
All debts owing to the late Partnership will be received by
ERNEST LEON STURMFELS, who will also discharge liabilities
and continue the business.

REGULATION OF MOTOR TRAFFIC.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waiapu County
Council, in pursuance and exercise of the powers con-
ferred upon it by the Motor Regulation Act, 1908, resolved,
at a meeting held on Monday, the 26th of January, 1914,
that Part II of the Motor Regulation Act, 1908, be brought
into operation in this district as from the 1st day of March,
1914.
