vember, 1914, to be the day, and the Road Board Office,
Mercer, to be the place, at which the said first election shall be
held; also to appoint Monday, the 23rd day of November,
1914, at half past seven o’clock in the afternoon to be the
time, and the said Road Board Office, Mercer, to be the place,
at which the first meeting of the members of the Board so
