And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

SYDNEY CROMPTON SMITH,
JOHN COLLINS,
ANDREW TWEEDIE,
ALFRED JAMES THWAITES,
EDMUND WILKINSON,
WILLIAM JAMES GRAHAM HUGHES, and
WILLIAM BEDE DALY

to be the Port Robinson Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolhouse at Port Robinson as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.

PORT ROBINSON DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, comprising an area of 113 acres 1 rood, more or less, and being reserves numbered 3151, 3159, and 3160, and called Port Robinson Domain, situate in Block XI, Cheviot Survey District, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the northern intersection of Cathedral Road and Bluff Road; towards the north-east generally by Bluff Road; on the south generally by Gore Street, Robinson Street, Campbell Street, and Ngaio Road; on the west generally by Ngaio Road and Cathedral Road to the point of commencement: save and except Lots 16 to 21, 23 to 25, 27 to 34, and Reserve 3233 of the subdivision of Cheviot Estate, also that portion of Cathedral Road between Ngaio Road and Bluff Road and the half-chain road on the eastern side of Reserve 3233.

Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Reserve No. 3139, Block IX, Cheviot Survey District. Bounded towards the east by the road reserved along the Jed River and high-water mark of Gore Bay, and towards the west generally by the Jed Road and situated between the mouths of the Jed River and Buxton Stream.

Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Reserve No. 3147, Block X, Cheviot Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by Section 1, Block X, Cheviot Survey District; towards the south-east by Reserve No. 3067 and a public road; and towards the south-west by the road reserved along the River Jed; the south-east boundary commencing about 1700 links from the mouth of the said River Jed.

Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 3150, Block IX, Cheviot Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 7 of the said block; towards the north-east by Section No. 16 of the said block; towards the south-east by Ella Beach Road; and towards the south-west by Section No. 17 of the said block.

Be all the aforesaid areas more or less: as the same are delineated on the plans marked L. and S. I/349A and I/349B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Tokatoka Domain.


LIVERPOOL, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this second day of November, 1914.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and seven, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Tokatoka Domain;

And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the twentieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

to be the Tokatoka Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the residence of Mr. T. B. Rogers at Tokatoka as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.

TOKATOKA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 20 acres 3 roods 26 perches, more or less, being Section No. 73 of the Town of Tokatoka. Bounded towards the north-east by Sections 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, and 95, Town of Tokatoka, 1398·4 links; towards the south-east and again towards the north-east by Section 119 of the aforesaid town, 218 and 222·2 links respectively; towards the south-east generally by a public road, 428·6, 636·7, and 384·1 links; towards the south-west by Sections 101, 100, and 98 of the said town, 920 links; towards the north-west, again towards the south-west, and again towards the north-west by a public road, 262·2, 365·4, and 1190 links respectively.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 2 roods 11 perches, more or less, being Section No. 57 of the Town of Tokatoka. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 265 links; towards the south-east by Section 56, Town of Tokatoka, 250 links; towards the south-west by Section 55 of the aforesaid town, 266 links; and towards the north-west by Section 58 of the aforesaid town, 184 links.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 1 acre, more or less, being Sections 71 and 72 of the Town of Tokatoka. Bounded towards the north-east and south-east by a public road, 365 and 274 links respectively; towards the south-west by Sections 70 and 69, Town of Tokatoka, 365 links; and towards the north-west by Allotment 2, Parish of Tokatoka, 274 links.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 6 acres and 8 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 90 to 97 (inclusive) of the Town of Tokatoka. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 254·2, 163, and 1373 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 401 links; towards the south-west by Sections 119 and 73, Town of Tokatoka, 1634 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 114 links.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 1 acre 3 roods 5 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 98, 99, 100 of the Town of Tokatoka. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 73, Town of Tokatoka, 525 links; towards the south-east by Section 101 of the aforesaid town, 264 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 221 and 379 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 357 links.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 2 acres 2 roods 25 perches, more or less, being Sections 109, 110, 111, of the Town of Tokatoka. Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by a public road, 120, 743, and 240 links respectively; towards the south-east by Section 108, Town of Tokatoka, across a public road, and by Section 105 of the aforesaid town, 272 and 530 links; and towards the south-west by Section 103 of the aforesaid town, across a public road, and by Section 102 of the aforesaid town, 483 links: save and excepting the public road intersecting the above-described area.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 4 acres and 21 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 112, 113, 114, and 116 of the Town of Tokatoka. Bounded to-
