REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kawaha No. 5N No. 3A No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Monday, the 23rd day of November, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation by way of sale to Constance Mary Gillies shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of part of the said land by way of lease to William Henry Smith shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakapoungakau No. 1B No. 3E will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Monday, the 23rd day of November, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation by way of sale or, in the alternative, a proposed alienation by way of lease to George William Vaughan shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharekawa 4C No. 4B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Friday, the 20th day of November, 1914, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to Richard Henry Olver and Annetta Vivian Olver for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 9d. per acre during the first twenty-one years and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

“ That the land be sold to Joe Thomas for the sum of £5 per acre.”

“ That the land be leased to Charles Evans Bennett for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, 3s. per acre during the next twenty-one years.”
