Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Poripori No. 2A No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tauranga on Tuesday, the 24th day of November, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land at the Government valuation shall be accepted.”

Dated at Rotorua this 20th day of October, 1914.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pakuranga No. 2c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Putaruru on Thursday, the 26th day of November, 1914, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions:—

“(1.) That a proposed alienation by way of sale to Robert Alexander shall be agreed to.

“(2.) That a proposed alienation by way of sale to Somer et Henry Graves shall be agreed to.”

“That a proposed alienation of part of the said land by way of sale to Percy Vivian Owen shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okataina No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Okere on Tuesday, the 24th day of November, 1914, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions:—

“(1.) That a proposed alienation of the said land by way of sale to Maurice O’Connor shall be agreed to.

“(2.) That a proposed alienation by way of sale of the timber on the said land to Maurice O’Connor shall be agreed to.”

“That a proposed alienation by way of lease to Percy Vivian Owen shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Ranga No. 4A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Monday, the 23rd day of November, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation by way of sale to Henry Ernest Arthur Preston shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taumata No. 3A No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Monday, the 23rd day of November, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation by way of sale to Percy Laycock shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tihiotonga D will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Monday, the 23rd day of November, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be offered for sale by the Waiariki District Maori Land Board by public auction on behalf of the owners.”
