PIOTON SECTION.—PICTON WHARVES.
Cancel—
All goods and live-stock landed on the Government lands adjacent to the wharves shall be subject to the same dues as if landed on wharf.
Goods and live-stock loaded or unloaded from or into lighters into or from ships lying alongside the wharf, half-rates.
Insert—
All goods and live-stock landed on or shipped from or passing over railway lands adjacent to the wharves, and goods and live-stock loaded or unloaded from or into lighters into or from ships lying at or adjacent to any wharf or within the limits of the railway lands, will be charged half the ordinary wharfage rates.

Consent under Section 298 of the Native Land Act, 1909.
IN pursuance of the power conferred upon the Native Minister by subsection (b) of section 298 of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, William Herbert Herries, Native Minister, acting on the recommendation of the Waiariki District Maori Land Board, do hereby consent to a sale of Papamoa No. 2 Section 2B No. 3A Block, containing 150 acres 2 roods 6 perches, situated in the Provincial District of Auckland, subject to the same restrictions and to the same requirements as to confirmation and otherwise as if the land was not subject to Part XVI of the Native Land Act, 1909.

Revocation of Private Hospital License.
ROBERT HEATON RHODES, the Minister of the Crown charged with the administration of the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, do hereby, in pursuance of the provisions of section 116 of the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, revoke the license issued to CHARLOTTE FLEWELLYN, of Auckland, under the aforesaid Act, for the keeping of a private hospital situated at Stanmore Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland.
