A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the Murchison County Council, being the local authority in whose district the land described in the Schedule hereto is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 1 rood 13 perches.
Portion of Section 21, Square 176 (stock reserve), Block I, Matakitaki Survey District.
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. XVI/53, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Westland County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Bruce Bay Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 4 acres 0 roods 24 perches.
Portion of Section 1578 (Westland R.D.).
Situated in Block XIV, Bruce Bay Survey District.
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 36491, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Kohukohu Town Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Mangamuka Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road: 7 perches (red), portion of Lot 1, Kohukohu Block (O.L.C. 65); and 7ยท1 perches (blue), portion of Lot 2, Kohukohu Block (O.L.C. 65). D.P. 8629.
Situated in Block X, Mangamuka Survey District (17795, blue).
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35792 and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagees of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Waitemata County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Waitemata Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
