Consenting to Land being taken for the Purposes of a Dredge Slipway in Block XII, Waihou Survey District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of September, 1914.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the Public Works Act, 1908, it is, in section fifteen thereof, inter alia, enacted that, except for the purpose of a railway or defence purposes, or for the purposes of any other work to be made under the authority of a special Act, nothing in this Act contained shall authorize the taking of any land occupied by any building, yard, garden, or vineyard, or in bona fide occupation as an ornamental park or pleasure-ground, without the previous consent of the Governor in Council:
And whereas part of the land described in the Schedule hereto is occupied by a building, and the Minister of Public Works has recommended the Governor to issue an Order in Council under the said Act consenting to the taking of the said land for the purposes of a dredge slipway in Block XII, Waihou Survey District:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land being taken: 3 acres 2 roods 1 perch.
Portion of Lot No. 1 of Crown Grant No. 25F (17809, blue). Situated in Block XII, Waihou Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 36258, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Road in the Winchester Settlement, Temuka Road District, Geraldine County, to be a District Road.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of September, 1914.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a district road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Winchester Settlement, Temuka Road District, Geraldine County, Canterbury Land District, known as the Winchester Settlement Road, commencing at the south-western corner of Section 10 of the said settlement, Block XIV, Geraldine Survey District, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally adjoining or passing through Sections 10 and 6, School Reserve 3873, and Sections 4 and 2, in the said settlement and block, and terminating on the northern boundary of the said Section 2, being a distance of 164 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 36282, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Willsher Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of September, 1914.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and four, certain powers were delegated to the Willsher Domain Board for a period of ten years:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

ADAM AITKENHEAD PATERSON,
ANDREW MITCHELL WYLIE,
JOHN HOUSLY BATES,
ALEXANDER KENNETH CAMPBELL,
JAMES WRIGHT, and
WILLIAM HAY
to be the Willsher Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Oddfellows’ Hall at Port Molyneux, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
WILLSHER DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 12 acres and 37 perches, more or less, being sections numbered 1 of 16, 3 of 16, and 4 of 16, Block VII, South Molyneux Survey District. Bounded towards the west, north, and north-east by the Karoro Creek and the ocean, 4121 links; towards the south-east by part of Section 1 of aforesaid block, 545·5 links; towards the south-west by Section 2 of 16 of aforesaid block, 532·8 links; again towards the south-east by said Section 2 of 16, 482·3 and 217·4 links; again towards the north-east by said Section 2 of 16, 380·5 links; and again towards the south-east by part of aforesaid Section 1 and the crossing of a public road, 669·1 links: and excepting out of the above-described boundaries a public road 100 links wide, for which allowance has been made in the area: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/100, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any local authority to be a Domain Board having, subject to the said Act, control of any public domain:
