SCHEDULE.

ROTOTUNA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 15 acres 3 roods 7 perches, more or less, being Allotment 342, Parish of Kirikiriroa. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road 100 links wide, 282·2 and 1349 links; towards the south-east by Allotment 9A, Parish of Kirikiriroa, 624·7 links; towards the south-west by a public road 100 links wide along the Waikato River, 163·9, 143·6, 288·2, 282·3, 502·5, and 355·7 links ; and towards the north-west by Allotment 8 of the aforesaid parish, 1088 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/268A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Uawa Domain.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of December, 1913.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and four, certain powers were delegated to the Uawa Domain Board for a period of ten years:

And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the twenty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

CHARLES ERNEST SMITH,
GEORGE MORTIMER COLEBROOK,
GEORGE KILBURN,
JOHN ABRAHAM MOORE,
HAROLD WEEKS, and
PERCIVAL CUMMING ELLIOTT

to be the Uawa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the School, Tolago Bay, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

UAWA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 25 acres and 32 perches, more or less, being Block No. III, Buckley Township. Bounded towards the north by Forster Street for a distance of 1800 links, towards the east by Discovery Street for a distance of 1400 links, towards the south by Banks Street for a distance of 1800 links, and towards the west by Cook Street for a distance of 1400 links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1222/15A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Levin Park Domain.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of December, 1913.

WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint any local authority to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the tenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the thirteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and six, certain powers were delegated to the Levin Park Domain Board for a period of seven years:

And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

THE LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL

to be the Levin Park Domain Board having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Council Chambers, Levin, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

LEVIN PARK DOMAIN.

ALL that area of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 11 acres, more or less, being Section No. 24, Block I, Waiopohu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Weraroa Road, 1100 links; towards the north-east by Horowhenua Road, 1000 links; and towards the south-east and south-west by public roads, 1100 links and 1000 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1043/50A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
