A APPLICATION having been made to me to register a mortgage of Lease No. 3256, from THOMAS JAMES RATHBONE, affecting Tiffin Survey District, Block II, Section 5, Part A, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said lease, I hereby give notice that I will dispense with the production of the said lease, and register the mortgage as requested, on the 18th day of December, 1913.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between HENRY PERRY LOMAX and WILLIAM DAVYS, both of Morrinsville, Land and Commission Agents, carrying on business under the firm or style of “Lomax & Company,” has been dissolved as from the 29th day of November, 1913. All accounts owing to the Partnership firm are to be paid forthwith, and all accounts owing by the said firm should be rendered.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between JAMES GATLAND GILBERD and ROBERT DAVID SWEETAPPLE in the business of Aerated Water and Cordial Manufacturers at Napier, under the style of “Gilberd & Co.,” was dissolved on the 30th day of June, 1912, by the death of the said James Gatland Gilberd; and that the said business has since the said date been and will henceforth be carried on, under the style of “Gilberd & Co.,”
