Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as a site for a public school.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres and 23 perches, more or less, being Section No. 1A, Block XVI, Puniu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 806-4, 533-9, and 790-5 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 710-9 links; and towards the south-west by a public road and Rangitoto A No. 12B Block, 162-1 and 1829-9 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1359, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. (Plan 15463, blue.)

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Land temporarily reserved for a Site for a Public School in Block XIV. Waoku Survey District, Auckland Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a public school.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Lot 1, Section 6, Block XIV, Waoku Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west generally by a public road, 420-6, 232-7, and 227-2 links; towards the south-east, south-west, and west by Lot 2, Section 6, Block XIV, Waoku Survey District, 458-2, 750-8, and 81-6 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/1182, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. (Auckland Plan 17401, blue.)

Lands temporarily reserved in the Taranaki Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written,

for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods 6 perches, more or less, being Section 14, Block XI, Tangitu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east generally by the Koromiko Road, 1161-1 links; towards the south-east by Sections 4, Block XII, and 6, Block XI, Tangitu, 1077-1 links; and towards the west generally by Section 6 aforesaid, 1597-2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1487A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For metal purposes.

Also all that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being Section 12, Block XI, Tangitu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west and north generally by a river-bank reserve, 900 links; towards the north-east by a road, 649-9 links; towards the south by the Ohura Road, 997-4 links; and towards the west by the Ohura Road, 170 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1487B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a pumice reserve.

Also all that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 391 acres, more or less, being Section 8, Block IV, Ohura Survey District. Bounded towards the north and north-east generally by Sections 6 and 7, Block IV, Ohura Survey District, 7578 links; towards the east and south-east generally by Sections 14 and 12, Block VIII, Ohura Survey District, 15732-2 links; and towards the west by Section 2, Block IV, Ohura Survey District, 13532-6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1487C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For the growth and preservation of timber.
