SCHEDULE.
ORMONDVILLE DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 15 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Block I, Town of Ormondville. Bounded towards the north generally by the Mangarangiora Stream; towards the south-east by a railway reserve, 389·1 links, and by a public road 1 chain wide, 737 links; and towards the south-west and north-west by a public road 1½ chains wide, 1782 links, to the Mangarangiora Stream: save and except a road 150 links wide, which intersects the area herein described: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 50457/14A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Ongarue Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of November, 1913.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the eighteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
SAMUEL KNIGHT,
FREDERIC HERBERT SIMS,
JOHN HENRY DAVIS BURNAND,
LAWRENCE ROBERT FITZPATRICK, and
HENRY WALLIS GIFFORD
to be the Ongarue Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the fifth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and Mr. F. H. Sims’s Boardinghouse at Ongarue as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
ONGARUE DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 77 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section 3, Block I, Tuhua Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 1, Block I, Tuhua Survey District, 1941·1 links; towards the south-east and south-west by Section 2 of the aforesaid block, 3125·6 and 2584·3 links respectively; and towards the north-west generally by Te Koura Road, 566·6, 916·1, 614·2, 935·5, 237·7, and 517 links.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 22 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section 4, Block I, Tuhua Survey District. Bounded towards the south-east, north-east, and again towards the south-west by the North Island Main Trunk Railway, 120, 583·3, 370·2, 321·3, 321·3, 361·6, 4644·9, and 40 links respectively; and towards the west, north-west, and north generally by a road reserve 100 links wide along the Ongarue River.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1485/7A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Island Bay Domain.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of November, 1913.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any local authority to be the Domain Board having, subject to the said Act, control of any public domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and three, powers were delegated to the Island Bay Domain Board in respect of the Island Bay Domain for a period of ten years:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THE WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
to be the Island Bay Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the eleventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Hall, Wellington, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
ISLAND BAY DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres, more or less, being an irregularly shaped island situated in Island Bay, Block XIII, Port Nicholson Survey District, and bounded on all sides by the sea; as the same is delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 44834/19A, deposited at the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

License authorizing the Christchurch Tramway Board to erect Electric Lines for Street Lighting at the Cashmere Hills, Heathcote County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of November, 1913.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section two of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1911, it is provided that no person shall lay, construct, put up, place, or use any electric line except under the authority of a license issued to him by the Governor in Council under that Act:
And whereas the Christchurch Tramway Board (hereinafter referred to as “the said Board”) desires to erect electric lines from the overhead tramway wires at Cashmere Hills for street lighting at Cashmere Hills, Heathcote County (hereinafter referred to as “the said electric lines”), and it is expedient accordingly to issue a license in respect thereof under the said section:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the said section, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth, subject to the conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto, hereby authorize the said Board to erect and maintain the said electric lines for the purpose of street lighting, the electric-lines routes of such and the position of the lights being indicated by the small circles shown on the
