may be either absolute or subject to such conditions as the Governor in Council thinks fit to impose, and may refer to one or both sides of the road or street:
And whereas the Portobello Road Board, the local authority having control of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, did by resolution declare that the provisions of the said section one hundred and seventeen should not apply to the said portions of roads:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution should be approved in so far as it refers to the southern and western sides of the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the conditions hereinafter mentioned:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the said resolution to the extent hereinbefore mentioned, subject to the conditions that no building or part of a building shall be erected at any time within thirty-three feet of the centre-line on the southern and western sides of the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Beaconsfield Road in the Portobello Road District, Otago Land District, adjoining Sections 247, 246, 245, 244, 227, and 226, Township of Seatoun.
Also all that portion of Seatoun Road in the said road district and land district adjoining Sections 226 to 236 (both inclusive), Township of Seatoun.
As the said portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 34379, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of November, 1913.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint any local authority to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twelfth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and three, certain powers were delegated to the Featherston Domain Board for a period of ten years:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THE FEATHERSTON TOWN BOARD
to be the Featherston Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the tenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Board Office, Featherston, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
FEATHERSTON DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 54 acres 2 roods 2 perches, more or less, being the Town Reserve in the Town of Featherston. Bounded towards the north-east generally by Section No. 66, 619 links, by the abutment of Harrison Street, by a reservoir reserve, 330 links, 581 links, and 330 links, and by Harrison Street, 500 links; towards the south-east generally by Sections Nos. 62, 61, 60, 59, and 58, by the abutment of Bell Street, by Sections Nos. 57, 56, 55, 54, and 53, by Fox Street and its abutment, by Sections Nos. 35, 34, 33, 32, and 31, by Revans Street and Hart Street, by Sections Nos. 7, 6, 5, 4, and 3, 5500 links, and by the Wellington–Featherston main road, 650 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 464 and Section No. 516, 4803 links.
Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 22 acres, more or less, being Section No. 338, Town of Featherston. Bounded towards the north-east generally by Section No. 487 and by the Wellington–Featherston main road, 2400 links; and towards the south-east and south-west generally by Sections Nos. 1 and 2, 720 links, and by the Otaiura River.
Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section No. 122, Town of Featherston. Bounded towards the north-west by Wakefield Street, 500 links; towards the north-east by Section No. 115, 1000 links; towards the south-east by Johnston Street, 500 links; and towards the south-west by Harrison Street, 1000 links.
Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 16 perches, more or less, being part of Section No. 152, Town of Featherston. Bounded towards the north-east by Fitzherbert Street, towards the south-east by the Wellington–Masterton Railway, and towards the south-west by Revans Street.
Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres and 29 perches, more or less, being parts of Sections Nos. 116 and 123, Town of Featherston. Bounded towards the north-west by Johnston Street, towards the north-east by Section No. 109, towards the south-east by the Wellington–Masterton Railway, and towards the south-west by Harrison Street.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 50122/51A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

to be the Ormondville Domain Board having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Board Office, Ormondville, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
