THE following resolutions, passed by the Legislative Council and by the House of Representatives, are published in accordance with section 324 of the Land Act, 1908.

EXTRACT FROM THE JOURNALS OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL, FRIDAY, THE 25TH DAY OF JULY, 1913.
RESOLVED, "That this Council sees no objection to the proposal contained in Paper 103 of this session, namely, that Section 4, Block XV, Matiri Survey District, in the Nelson Land District, should be permanently reserved as an endowment for primary education."

EXTRACT FROM THE JOURNALS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, WEDNESDAY, THE 27TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1913.
RESOLVED, "That this House approves of Section 4, Block XV, Matiri Survey District, Nelson Land District, as specified in Parliamentary Paper No. 78, laid upon the table of the House on the 10th day of July, 1913, being permanently reserved as an endowment for primary education."

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 15 of the Land Act, 1908, I hereby authorize the laying-off of Matai, Hinau, Rata, Rimu, Tawa, Miro, and Maeroa Streets, in the Town of Frankton Extension No. 33, Auckland Land District, of a width of not less than 66 ft. instead of 99 ft.

Revocation of Appointment of Bonding Warehouse.
CUSTOMS.-In exercise of the authority in me for this purpose vested, I, the Minister of Customs, do, by this order under my hand, revoke and annul the appointment of the undermentioned warehouse for the reception and security of goods entered to be warehoused without payment of duty upon the first entry thereof, namely,-
Port of Auckland.
The warehouse known as
FIRTH'S BOND,
as appointed and described in Minister's Order No. 202, of the 25th day of June, 1884.

Authorizing the Laying-off of South Street, in the Town of Henderson Extension No. 4, of a Width of not less than 66 ft.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 15 of the Land Act, 1908, I hereby authorize the laying-off of South Street, in the Town of Henderson Extension No. 4, Auckland Land District, of a width of not less than 66 ft. instead of 99 ft.

Approving and appointing a Bonding Warehouse.
CUSTOMS.-In exercise of the powers in me for this purpose vested by the Customs Law Act, 1908, I, the Minister of Customs, do hereby approve and appoint the undermentioned warehouse to be a warehouse for the reception of goods under bond, namely:-
Port of Auckland.
Part of a concrete building roofed with slate, having a frontage to Albert Street, situate on part of Allotment 17, Section 17, City of Auckland, to be known as
FIRTH'S BOND.
