Store appointed at Wellington for the Storage of Dairy-produce prior to Export.—Notice No. 1722.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of October, 1913.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the Dairy Industry Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the Wellington Harbour Board’s “Z” store to be a store for the storage of dairy-produce prior to export; and it is hereby declared that this Order in Council shall come into force on and after the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaring Administrative Offices under the Public Service Act, 1912.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS it is enacted by section eighteen of the Public Service Act, 1912, that the Administrative Division of the Public Service shall include all persons whose offices the Governor, by notification in the Gazette, declares to belong to that Division:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify that the undermentioned offices shall belong, and the same are hereby declared to belong, to the Administrative Division of the Public Service of New Zealand:—

Land temporarily reserved as a Site for a Public School at Ngongotaha, Auckland Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as a site for a public school.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood 26 perches, more or less, being Lot 38 of the Suburbs of Ngongotaha, Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 1, Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District, 212 links; towards the east by Lot 1, Suburbs of Ngongotaha, the abutment of a public road, and by Lots 7 and 13 of the aforesaid suburb, 1578·4 links; towards the south-east by the Oxford—Rotorua Road, 221·6 links; and towards the west by Section 4, Block XVI aforesaid, 1643 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/637, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. Land temporarily reserved for a Public Cemetery in Block I, Motuotaria Survey District, Hawke’s Bay Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
And whereas by the sixty-ninth section of the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, it is further provided that the Governor may from time to time, as he thinks fit, set aside reserves for any specified public purpose out of land acquired under the last-mentioned Act, provided that no land so acquired shall be set aside for endowments:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Acts, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a public cemetery.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section 20A, Block I, Motuotaria Survey District (Hatuma Settlement). Bounded towards the north by Makotukutuku Road for a distance of 253·6 links; towards the south-east by Section 1, Block I, Motuotaria Survey District, for a distance of 421·4 links; towards the south-west by aforesaid Section 1 for a distance of 250 links; and towards the north-west by Section 2, Block V, of said district, for a distance of 378·7 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1725/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
