And whereas the Akaroa Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets described in the Schedule hereto, did by resolution declare that the provisions of the said section one hundred and seventeen should not apply to the said streets:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution should be approved:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the said resolution, in so far as it affects the said streets described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that street in the Borough of Akaroa, Canterbury Land District, known as Viard Street, adjoining Sections 80, 144, and 148, Town of Akaroa.
Also all that street in the said borough and land district, known as Pompallier Street, adjoining Section 138 and Lots 134 to 144 of Section 113, Town of Akaroa.
Also all that street in the said borough and land district, known as Cross Street, adjoining Sections 102 and 87, Town of Akaroa.
Also all that street in the said borough and land district, known as Smith Street, adjoining Section 32, Town of Akaroa.
Also all that street in the said borough and land district, known as Muter Street, adjoining Sections 200, 157, 156, 155, 43, 32, 2, 160, 161, and 17, Town of Akaroa.
Also all that street in the said borough and land district, known as Watson Street, commencing at its junction with Rue Balgueri, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally to its junction with the south-eastern boundary of Section 21, Town of Akaroa.
Also all that street in the said borough and land district, known as Aubrey Street, adjoining Sections 132, 60, and 73, Town of Akaroa.
As the said streets are more particularly delineated on plan marked P.W.D. 34086, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Vesting Reserves in the Raetihi Town Board.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of October, 1913.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto have been duly set apart for the purposes specified in the last column of the said Schedule:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient that the said lands should be vested in the Raetihi Town Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Raetihi Town Board, in trust, for the purposes specified in the last column of the said Schedule.

Amending General Regulations under Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of October, 1913.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 76, of the twenty-ninth day of the same month, regulations were made for the general control of the fresh-water fisheries of the Dominion:
And whereas it is desirable to make an additional regulation providing that diseased trout shall not be disposed of in certain ways:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power conferred upon him by the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulation, and doth hereby declare that the same shall have force and effect in the Rotorua Acclimatization District only.

REGULATION.
No person taking any trout affected by any disease shall return such trout either alive or dead into any water wherein there are trout, or leave it on or near the bank or margin of any such water. Any person committing a breach of this regulation shall be liable to a fine of not less than £2 or more than £20.

Amending General Regulations under Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of October, 1913.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by Orders in Council bearing date the third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and the nineteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, regulations were made under the Fisheries Act, 1908, providing respectively for the sale and purchase throughout the Dominion of smoked trout and fresh trout taken and branded by or under the direction of the Department of Tourist and Health Resorts:
And whereas it is desirable to provide that such fish shall be branded by or under the direction of the Department of Internal Affairs:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power conferred upon him by the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the said regulations made on the third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and the nineteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, respectively, and doth make the following regulation; and doth hereby declare that it shall have force and effect throughout the Dominion.

REGULATION.
Notwithstanding anything contained in any regulations heretofore made under the Fisheries Act, 1908, it shall be lawful for any person to buy and sell fresh trout and smoked trout taken and branded by or under the direction of the Department of Internal Affairs.
