Land temporarily reserved for River-protection Purposes in Waiotahi Parish, Auckland Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for river-protection purposes.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 30 acres 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, being Allotment 488, Waiotahi Parish. Bounded on all sides by the Waioeka River; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/911, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 503, blue.)
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Land temporarily reserved as a Site for a Post-office in Block XV, Tokatoka Survey District, Auckland Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as a site for a post-office.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 20-6 perches, more or less, being Section 61, Block XV, Tokatoka Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road 100 links wide, 250 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 151-5 links; towards the south-west and north-west by Section 57, Block XV, Tokatoka Survey District, 250 and 151-5 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/1129, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 16995, blue.)

Land temporarily reserved for Quarry Purposes in Block I, Whitianga Survey District, Auckland Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for quarry purposes.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section 2, Block I, Whitianga Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east and south-east by Gumtown Road, 100 links wide, 500 and 847 links respectively; towards the south-west, north-west, again towards the south-west and again towards the north-west by lines, 400, 750, 403, and 400 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/1540, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 16791, blue.)

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirtieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Land temporarily reserved for Police Purposes in the Township of Raetihi Extension No. 1, Wellington Land District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for police purposes.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood 35 perches, more or less, being Section 62, Raetihi Township Extension No. 1. Bounded towards the north by Section 50, 469-7 links; towards the north-east and south-east by Parapara Road, 479-3 links and 390-3 links respectively; towards the south by Alexandra Road, 283-6 links; and towards the west by Section 61, 692-5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/1541, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirtieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
