Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Tuapeka Mouth Coronation Hall and Public Library (Incorporated), in trust, as a site for a public building to be used as a library and other purposes for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of Tuapeka Mouth and surrounding district.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section 182 (formerly part of Section 28), Block I, Waitahuna West Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 218·3 links; towards the south by a public road, 132 links; towards the south-west by part of Section 28 of aforesaid Block I, 181·7 links; and towards the north-west by other part of aforesaid Section 28, 125·1 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1911/807, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Tauranga Acclimatization Society.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of February, 1913.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved for acclimatization purposes:

And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Tauranga Acclimatization Society:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Tauranga Acclimatization Society, in trust, for acclimatization purposes.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 42 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less, being Allotment 270, Te Papa Parish (north portion and south portion). Bounded towards the north by Allotment 159, Te Papa Parish, 100 links; towards the east generally by a public road, 100 links wide, along the Waimapu River, 75, 840, 180, 440, 200, 200, 230, 400, 220, 850, and 720 links; towards the south by Allotment 271 of the aforesaid parish, 2100 links; and towards the west generally by a public road 100 links wide, 1259, 1872, and 700 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/1250, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Vesting a Reserve in the Opotiki Borough Council.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for water-conservation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Opotiki Borough:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Opotiki Borough, in trust, for water-conservation purposes.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 630 acres, more or less, being Section 12, Block XIII, Waiawa Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by Section 3, Block VIII, Opotiki Survey District, and Section 2, Block XIII, Waiawa Survey District, 424·1, 341·5, 260·5, 436·6, 736·6, 629·4, 268·5, 271·3, 370, 464·5, 521·6, 287·7, 201·6, 748·5, 227·2, 209·2, 125·9, 77·3, and 3527·4 links; towards the east by Section 2 aforesaid and by Section 3 of said Block XIII, 12281·9 links; towards the south by Section 8 of the last-mentioned block, 3183·6 links; towards the north-west by Allotment No. 369, Waioeka Parish, 5792 links; and towards the south-west by Allotments 368, 343, and 342 of the aforesaid parish, 4947 and 4851·3 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/531, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for gravel purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Ekatahuna County:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Ekatahuna County, in trust, for gravel purposes.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 15·8 perches, more or less, being Section 81, Block IX, Mangaone Survey District. Commencing at a point on the western side of Falkner’s Road distant 475·76 links in a northerly direction from the angle opposite traverse peg numbered XXIII, and bounded towards the south-east, south-west, and north-west by Section 75 of said Block IX, 496·8 links, 425 links, and 569·55 links; and towards the east generally by Falkner’s Road, 190·7 links and 247·24 links, to the place of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 54739/9, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
