struction of the bridge mentioned in the Schedule hereto,
and hereinafter referred to as "the said work," and to apportion the cost of constructing or establishing the said work between the said Council and the Waipa County Council : And whereas no objection has been made by the other local authority which it is proposed should contribute to the cost of the work :
And whereas I am of opinion that the work should be done, and it is expedient to make provision under the said Act for the purpose and in the manner set forth :
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by the said Act, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby authorize the Council of the Borough of Hamilton to execute the said work. And I do hereby declare that the cost thereof, less such contribution as may be made thereto by the Government of New Zealand, shall be borne by the Hamilton Borough Council and the Waipa County Council in the following proportions, viz. : The Hamilton Borough Council to bear fifty per centum and the Waipa County Council to bear fifty per centum of such cost respectively; provided, however, that if the cost of the bridge (less the amount of the Government contribution) shall exceed the sum of nineteen hundred pounds, then in any such case the contribution of the Waipa County Council towards the cost of such work as is hereinafter mentioned shall in no case exceed the sum of nine hundred and fifty pounds (£950) sterling, and the balance of such cost shall be borne by the Hamilton Borough Council.
And I do hereby further direct that any contribution hereby required to be made as aforesaid by the Waipa County Council shall be paid from time to time respectively in the proportion hereinbefore prescribed, out of the funds of the said Council, within a period of one month after demand in writing made by or on behalf of the Hamilton Borough Council ; and all such payments shall be made from time to time to the Clerk of the Hamilton Borough Council for and on behalf of the Waipa County Council.

SCHEDULE.
THAT bridge over the Waitawhiriwhiri Stream, locally known as the “No. 1 Bridge,” situated on the boundary between the Hamilton Borough and the Waipa County, and on the Hamilton to Ngaruawahia Road ; as the said bridge is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33796, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Vaccination Districts constituted.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in the Governor by the Public Health Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing vaccination districts known as the Hokianga, Ohaeawai, and Dargaville Districts, and do proclaim and declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said districts is hereby divided anew into three vaccination districts, the names and boundaries whereof shall be the same as are set forth in a Proclamation bearing date the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, made under the provisions of the Marriage Act, 1908, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 68, of the fourth day of September, page 2755.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Post-office where Miners’ Rights may be issued.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by the Mining Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the post-office at the undermentioned place to be a post-office at which miners’ rights may be issued by the Postmaster in charge of such post-office, viz.—
