DISTRICTS or localities within which, after six months from the date of the coming into force of these regulations, all sanitary plumbing shall be done by a person registered under the above Act:—
All districts where the local authorities have previously to 1st April, 1913, issued plumbers' licenses, and the following:—

Regulations for Trout-fishing, South Canterbury Acclimatization District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of September, 1913.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulations for the South Canterbury Acclimatization District, which district includes the Counties of Geraldine and Levels, and that portion of the County of Mackenzie lying to the east of a line commencing at Mount Cook, and proceeding by a right line over the Ball Hut to the Tasman Glacier, and thence along the western boundary of the Tasman Glacier to the Tasman River; thence by a line along the middle of that river and the middle of Lake Pukaki and the middle of Pukaki River to the Waitaki River; together with the boroughs and town districts within the same, and hereinafter called “the said district.”
REGULATIONS.

Licenses are issued subject to the General Regulations made by the Governor in Council, and for the time being in force, affecting trout-fishing, and to the following regulations:—

No person shall fish with more than one rod and line, and with the following baits only: Natural or artificial fly, natural or artificial minnow, and any small indigenous fish, grasshopper, beetle, spider, caterpillar, creeper, or worm.

Not more than one bait shall be used in minnow fishing, and no minnow shall be used with more than four sets of triple hooks.

No flies shall be used in conjunction with a minnow.

No bare hooks shall be used.

Not more than three flies shall be used for fly-fishing on any one cast in the daytime, and not more than two at night, and no double-hooked flies shall be used, or lead used with flies.

No person shall use any other bait, or any method, device, or contrivance whatever, for the purpose of fishing, taking, catching, or killing trout except a rod and line, and a landing net or gaff for fish taken with rod and line.

No cross-line fishing, stroke-hauling, or any other unsportsmanlike device shall be used for the purpose of taking, catching, or killing trout, nor shall any of the baits above mentioned be used with any medicated or chemical preparation whatever.

No person shall take or attempt to take trout without a license, and every person taking or attempting to take trout shall, on demand of any Ranger, constable, or person producing a license, produce and show to such Ranger, constable, or license-holder his license, and the contents of his creel or bag, and the bait used by him for taking, catching, or killing trout.

Every trout not exceeding 9 in. in length from nose to tip of tail taken or caught by any person shall be immediately returned alive into the water from which the same is taken.

Any person committing a breach of any of the above regulations is liable to a fine not exceeding £50.

Withdrawing Land from the Operation of the Kauri-gum Industry Acts.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of September, 1913.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section thirty-three of the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may by Order in Council declare that land set apart under the said Act as a kauri-gum reserve, and which is no longer required for the purpose of gum-digging, shall be no longer subject to the said Act, and thereupon the land shall cease to be a kauri-gum reserve, and shall be dealt with by the Land Board as ordinary Crown land; provided that such Order in Council shall only be issued in pursuance of a resolution of the Land Board, supported by such independent evidence as the Governor in Council deems necessary:
And whereas the Land Board of the Auckland Land District passed a resolution recommending that the portion of Marsden Kauri-gum Reserve described in the Schedule hereto be declared to be no longer subject to the said Act, and such resolution was duly gazetted and publicly notified in accordance with section nine of the Kauri-gum Industry Amendment Act, 1910: And whereas no objection has been received to the said proposal, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section thirty-three of the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908, and section nine of the Kauri-gum Industry Amendment Act, 1910, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the portion of
