NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Croesus Mines (Limited) duly convened and held at the Albion Hotel, Greymouth, on the 29th August, 1913, at 8 p.m., the following extraordinary resolution was carried:—

That it is proved to this company’s satisfaction that the Croesus Mines (Limited) cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is desirable to wind up the same; and that ARTHUR NAYLOR, Accountant, of Greymouth, be the Liquidator.
