SCHEDULE.
HILLS CREEK DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 22 to 27 (inclusive), Block II, Town of Hills Creek. Bounded towards the north-east by Main Street, 400 links; towards the south-east by Section 7 of aforesaid block, 250 links; again towards the north-east by said Section 7, 100 links; towards the north-west by said Section 7, 250 links; again towards the north-east by Main Street, 100 links; again towards the south-east by Sections 5 and 28 of aforesaid block, 500 links; towards the south-west by Middle Street, 600 links; and again towards the north-west by Sections 21 and 12 of aforesaid block, 500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4021/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Ohoka and Eyreton Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of September, 1913.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and three, certain powers were delegated to the Ohoka and Eyreton Domain Board for a period of ten years:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the seventeenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

WALTER CHAPMAN,
WILLIAM HENRY CLOTHIER,
CHARLES MICHAEL THRELKELD, and
RICHARD ORME DIXON
to be the Ohoka and Eyreton Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at two o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Eyre County Council Office, Ohoka, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
OHOKA AND EYRETON DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 200 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 1567 (in red), situate in Blocks XIII and XIV, Rangiora Survey District. Bounded towards the south-east by Rural Section 19476, 5291 links; towards the south-west by the North Eyre Road, 4080 links; towards the north-west by Rural Sections 31579 and 11500, 3367 links and 4050 links respectively; and towards the north-east by the Cust Road, 1426 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: save and except therefrom Reserve No. 1304, included in the above-
described boundaries: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1250/17A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 15 acres 2 roods 30·8 perches, situate in Block XIV, Rangiora Survey District, and comprising all the land shown in Conveyance 172, Deeds folio 109, being Lots 4, 5, and 6, the same being part of Rural Section 1500, and shown on deposit plan No. 1641, Deeds Registry Office, Christchurch; and as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1250/17B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

to be the Pleasant Point Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Pleasant Point Hotel, Pleasant Point, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

PLEASANT POINT DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 66 acres 3 roods 34 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 1580 (in red), situate in Blocks IV and VIII, Pareora Survey District. Bounded on the north-east by Rural Section 10453, 3600 links; on the south-east by a public road, 1860 links; on the south-west by a public road, 3600 links; and on the north-west by Rural Section 10174, 1860 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1004/27A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
