Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Omaui Domain.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of September, 1913.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any local authority to be the Domain Board having, subject to the said Act, control of any public domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the eleventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and five, powers were delegated to the Omaui Domain Board, in respect of the Omaui Domain, for a period of seven years :
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the tenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twelve :
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THE CAMPBELLTOWN BOROUGH COUNCIL
to be the Omaui Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at a quarter past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Municipal Office, Campbelltown, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
OMAUI DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 158 acres 2 roods 29 perches, more or less, being Section No. 69, Block V, Campbelltown Hundred. Bounded towards the north by Crown land and by Section No. 8, Block V, Campbelltown Hundred, 3495·9 links; thence towards the south-east by public roads, 13·1, 73·8, and 1327·6 links respectively; thence towards the east by the abutment of a public road and by Section No. 9, Block V, aforesaid, 3838·2 links; thence towards the south by a public road, 4019·9 links; and thence towards the north-west by a public road, 5035·9 links; exclusive of a public road which intersects the above-described area: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 53378/13A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Arrowtown Domain.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of September, 1913.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any local authority to be the Domain Board having, subject to the said Act, control of any public domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the sixteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and two, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Arrowtown Domain :
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the fifteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twelve :
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THE ARROWTOWN BOROUGH COUNCIL
to be the Arrowtown Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Council Chambers, Buckingham Street, Arrowtown, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
ARROWTOWN DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres, more or less, being Section No. 38, Block VII, Shotover Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Block XXII, Town of Arrowtown, 915 links; towards the north-east by a public road, 700 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 37, Block VII of the aforesaid Survey District, 718 links; and towards the south-west by Section No. 61 of the aforesaid Block VII, 995 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1278/4A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Hills Creek Domain.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of September, 1913.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twelfth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the nineteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act :
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
GORDON JOHNSTON,
JAMES ARMITAGE,
THOMAS WADE,
DAVID MCKNIGHT, and
FREDERICK MCKNIGHT
to be the Hills Creek Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the eleventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the School, Blackstone Hill, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
