Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taoroa No. 2d 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuparoa on Monday, the 15th day of September, 1913, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land, or a portion thereof, be sold to James Fownes Somerville, of Wells, England, at a price not less than the capital value of the said land.”
